Extremely useful and user friendly !
When we opened our brand new bar & grill - we knew we didnt want to use spreadsheets . After doing extensive research we chose Partender . In our bar , we used partender weekly to be able to keep track of the usage down to the drop. I love that partender gives us the ability to see the numbers instantly and also that many users can use it at the same time and update as many locations that you have at once . ( storage , bar , upstairs , downstairs , etc .. ) . Using partender has saved me time and money by being able to have my bartenders split the inventory in different sections ( time ) and giving me an accurate accounting of what are best / worst sellers are . This information helped keep our cost down when doing our weekly ordering . Partender helped our culture by being easy to use , giving everyone accountability , and making the managers job easier when it comes to inventory . I love Partender
I started Partender last year and this app is amazing. The app is very easy to use and the web site is easy to use. I have recommended Partender to so many people that have restaurants. This app is very easy to train your staff on. Also I have been taking with Erwin Rome and he has been a huge help and helped me learn new thing in the web site that made my life so mush easier. Erwin is an amazing teacher and knows so much. Every restaurant needs to use this app. They will not be disappointed.

Can’t say enough about how much I love Partender
I have been in the hospitality and bar business for almost 40 years. I came from a much larger company to participate in building something from the ground up. I have managed sports bars, steakhouses with extensive wine lists and just about everything in between.
Most of my career has been filling out spreadsheets which were built specifically for one location and were cumbersome to maintain accuracy on. You may not count the same way I do. When I found ParTender, it was a relief. Set up was fast and easy. The staff has always answered my questions quickly and efficiently.
How much more simple can it get? Compare the picture to the bottle on the bar, mark its level and move on. Inventory used to take me several hours, now it takes me 30 minutes tops. My staff even wants to participate and help now which makes it even better.
I have time to move on to growing our company. I would tell anyone who asks, Partender is what you need. The time savings alone are worth it but I have also seen a decrease of dead inventory and my bar isn’t running out of product or buying too much of another. That has translated into a savings of around 12-15% for my operation.

Partender makes quick work of what has traditionally been a painstaking task of inventory. Since we have been using Partender team moral is much higher when it’s time to count. As an avid user since 2019 at multiple locations, I cannot sing its praises enough.
Inventory has gone from cumbersome spreadsheets that are hard to maintain, never fully accurate and time consuming to boot.
My staff has gone from dreading inventory with pen and paper spreadsheets, to feeling like it’s a fun game. The easy to use interface makes taking inventory fun.
I have gone from talking 8 hours to do inventory, 3 hours to input in spreadsheet, 2 hours updating purchases to less then 3 hours completed and turned it.
It takes some to to set up if you do it yourself but the onboarding team makes the back end set up so much easier if you let them help with the onboarding. All you have to do is map your venue and take inventory.
Also if you set up your parstocks it will generate you order for you, saving a ton of time. If you do weekly inventory it’s like the bar is on auto pilot! It’s genius.
