  • Goodbye, Bevinco. Hello, Partender!!!

    We used to struggle with inventory at my previous job at Hooters and Mixed Nuts, but since switching to Partender at Dave and Buster's, the process has been a breeze.

    Before, we were using Bevinco and spreadsheets, and it would take hours, sometimes even two hours, to complete.

    Now, with Partender, it only takes us 45 minutes to an hour.

    The biggest challenges I faced before were with communication and integration, device malfunctions, and accuracy with bottle weights and substitutes.

    But with Partender, it's so easy, and I never have to call for support because it works perfectly.

    A big shoutout to Renee Gochros and Chris Hurlock for being instrumental to our beverage program and operations.

  • Amazingly simple to use

    From someone who has been in the industry for almost 30 years, this is the easiest inventory program I have ever used. From the ease of navigating the dashboard to choosing amounts that are in each bottle. Even adding new items can be done on the fly without issue. The reporting tools help to see exactly what’s going on in your supplies and sales. With out old system this used to take longer and the interface rarely worked causing more time to be spent on fixing the errors. All around a fast easy solution for any bar.   • 20 hours to less than 2 hours

    A game changer for inventory management!

    I've been using Partender for inventory management at my Dave & Busters location for over 4 years now, and it has truly been a game-changer. Before Partender, I used Bevinco and old school Excel, and inventory took us 4-5 hours bi-weekly with just two people (the manager and bartender). That's 20 labor hours just for inventory, not even including the time it took for ordering and accounting. But after switching to Partender, inventory now only takes us 1.5 hours!

    The biggest challenges we faced before Partender were proprietary equipment, hardware, and high labor costs. But with Partender, the approach was much more approachable, and the training was easy. My AGM, Scott Embree, has been instrumental in our beverage program and operations with Partender.

    If you're looking for a solution for efficient and streamlined inventory management, I highly recommend Partender.   • Partender is awesome!!! 70+ hours to 1 hour!

    This thing has revolutionized inventory management.

    Partender has been a game changer for us at Dave & Buster's in Long Island, NY store #32. Before, we were using Bevinco Mobile and paper/pen for our inventory and it was a nightmare - taking 6-7 hours every week and monthly with 2 people. But now, with Partender, it only takes 1 hour + 10 min for ordering and it's just one person doing it! Lauren Gibbons can handle 2 walk-in beer coolers, 4 bars, and 1 liquor room in just an hour.

    We literally spend over 70 hours before Partender — and that was just to count! Now, we do it all in 70 minutes.

    The biggest challenges we faced before Partender were slow inventory, ordering, and accounting processes, inconsistent inventory management, and complicated inventory management. Partender has improved our speed, consistency, and ease-of-use, making it a breeze to train our staff and get accurate results.

    We highly recommend Partender to any venue looking to revolutionize their inventory management. Thanks Partender for giving us back our time! 🙌

  • Partender makes inventory easy

    At Dave & Busters Islandia #32, the Partender app has been extremely helpful in increasing the speed at which we are able to complete inventory. It is easy to add products and organize products within each section into an order that increases efficiency in counting. You can easily slide to show the fullness of each bottle and then swipe to move to the next bottle. Within the app, each well is set up so that you can work through each bottle on the speed rack in the order that it is organized at each well. Then storage areas are organized in alphabetical order to easily move through counts of each product. Being able to type in the total number of bottles on hand makes that process simple and efficient. Partender seamlessly connects with Compeat and allows me to export the report after completing inventory counts and import the counts into Compeat to run a variance report. It takes away the need to manually enter the counts and helps decrease the number of manual errors. Overall use of this app has improved our ability to conduct bar inventories weekly in a way that makes it quicker and more efficient compared to how it was before we had this tool to use for each bar inventory.

  • Like magic

    I have been working in the hospitality industry for many years, from retail to finance. I used to work for Aramark and at KPMG. I can tell you that doing inventory and ordering all by myself for 3 months was a nightmare. It would take hours to complete, and was like trying to light a fire by rubbing sticks. But then I discovered Partender.

    I love this app, it's like magic. The inventory process is so simple now, just tapping and swiping. And the best part is that it saves automatically. I can even do the inventory with just one hand. I'm excited about the time and accuracy I'll be saving, especially with par levels. Ours are all over the place, but with Partender it will be easy to keep them accurate.

    This app is not only easy for the manager but also for the bartenders. When you use a tool that's easy, people will do it accurately. I highly recommend this app to anyone in the hospitality industry. It's a game changer, it's like having a lighter to light a fire instead of rubbing sticks.

    - If you work in the high-end cocktail bar industry, Partender is an essential app.
    I’ve been in the beverage business for over 20 years, having opened Red Rooster, worked at Gotham and David Burke, and becoming a certified som.
    -I've always done inventory using Excel, which would take 4-6 hours, and Accubar are 14 hour labor inventory.

    Partender has greatly improved my inventory process. The ability to view images of bottles during inventory is a nice feature for my bar team.

    The case depletion data is a huge advantage and I'm excited about the prospect of using it to optimize inventory. The analytics feature is also a valuable tool, allowing me to see trends and compare brands against each other. This will be a valuable tool for relaying information to ownership.

    In short, Partender streamlines inventory, provides useful insights and saves time. I’m looking forward to the reporting any insights.

  • Good people who actually care

    Partender team has been great, they go above and beyond being an inventory software. I used to manage at TWA hotel and know inventory. Is also know how painful and inaccurate Inventory is on Excel. But Partender more than a smart and necessary app for f&b. They care about peoplead the industry. They went out of their way to introduce to me other resources vital for my job and beyond. When you get Partender, you're part of a movement. I am glad to have them vouching for the industry and the people that do the grind every day.

  • Brilliant for hotels

    I used to work at both Arlo Hotel and Public Hotel and would dread doing inventory the old-fashioned way. That is, until I discovered Partender. Trust me, you're wasting your time if you're doing anything else besides using this app. This app has completely revolutionized the way I do inventory. No more tedious counting and double checking - Partender streamlines the process and makes it a breeze. Not only does it make my job easier but it also keeps the staff happy, as less time is spent on inventory means more time for other important tasks. I highly recommend this app to anyone in the hotel industry.

  • So excited to use them again

    I used to work at Marmara Hotel in NYC, where I used it for the first time. I went from doing inventory with 3 people And HALF A DAY / 36 LABOR HOURS on Excel to just 3 hours and 1 person on Partender. I heard about them from Bar Rescue and actually couldn’t believe how easy it was until I tried it. Now I’m a director for an international chain that uses them and I’m excited to try out all their reporting and analytics features and use Partender to hold my team accountable
