Great app, needs a few extra features
I’ve been using the app for almost a year to keep track of my home bourbon collection, and I love it. I need a search feature on the main screen to help find the location of an individual bottle and a quick way to relocate a bottle within the collection. A personal edition without all of the restocking and ordering parts would be great, as well.Show lessTJFair
Can’t wait to do inventory to get trends
We’re excited to use partender in Franklin! It’s so fast and will help our employees a ton. They don’t have enough time in the week and this week give them more time back that they can use to review their numbers, train employees, and spend more time on guestssdene
Love doing inventory with images, so easy

Amazing product
I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first, but my first day using this system put those concerns quickly to rest. Easy to use and has cut the time I spend on inventory in more than half. I have used several different inventory programs and systems throughout my career and this one is like the perfect blend of old school inventory procedures with modern thinking and technology. Partender is Amazing
Partender is an amazing app for any bar or restaurant. Using this for our restaurant has been a breeze. Inventories are now more accurate than ever, Quicker then ever and most importantly efficient and user friendly. Multiple users can inventory at once and that’s better then paper and pen. We get useful data to use and communicate with the team.
We are now doing weekly inventories and we have a better grasp on our bar. I would recommend Partender to anyone. There are plenty of tools to make this the all in one inventory system. This is putting money back in your pocket every week. I could never imagine working for a restaurant that uses paper and pen to do inventory again. Partender has also made my bar organized with their app.

It’s fast, it’s easy. I love the system, I’m all in. Faster, user-friendly, and more efficient than Bevintel, which we used to use. They can always a good inventory without me. You just have to be organized. I always say don’t do quantum physics when you don’t need to!Jake at Palisades
Essential System
Partender makes life easy. Working in a multi-million $$ building and handling thousands in inventory on a monthly basis, this system is a must-have! We have used other systems in the past and none of them have even come closer to Partender. Not only have we drastically reduced the time it takes to complete inventory, but the depth of reporting allows me to control every aspect of the process and successfully manage my beverage costs. This system makes my world easier and I highly recommend!

Partender a lifesaver!
Partender is truly amazing! I used to spend hours on inventory every month and recounts took even longer. Now I’m done with inventory in 20 minutes! Couldn’t be simpler! Fast and easy
Tj at euless D&B. The best thing since Betty White for inventory. Nothing else compares in the inventory space. I am able to trust my managers and bartenders to do a consistent and fast inventory. Prior to Partender we were running a 97 percent efficiency which we thought was great, but we improved by two whole percentage PTs in just a few months. So easy
This app is fast and so easy. We use it at Natick, MA. My assistant manager trains the bar team with Partender and loves it. They are great at training and providing action plans for our team!
