    If I could give 20 stars I would. These all stars spent 14 hours with us setting up our ENTIRE bar. Not only does it make our inventory more swift, secure, and easy...It made our life a WHOLE LOT easier. They could’ve given us a pamphlet, said here you go this is how it works, and went on their way. They didn’t. They took their entire day and dedicated it to US. Words literally cannot describe how much they did for us. It’s a no brainer and everyone else in their line of work are BELOW PAR.
    Do yourself a favor and watch these magicians work their magic

  • Price is crazy

    Overall this is a great app, i did the trail period that they give you, then they give you the option to become a member, the cheapest is $168 a month for 4-8% added to the bottom line after a couple of months overall it is a great app but for the cost it is not worth the cost for the extra small percentage added to the bottom line, the reason why i gave is two stars is the cost of the app

  • Zero all button

    App is great! Just wish that there was a way to zero certain whole sections instead of doing it one by one. Our inventory for wine bottles requires us to zero everything, but with such a big selection, arranging all bottles
  • The app is great, but it comes at a high cost!

    After the 14 day trial period expires, you’ll be forced to pay for a subscription to continue using the service. $165 or $249 PER MONTH!!!
    That’s $2,000 to $3,000 per year. I don’t know many small bar owners that would pay that or big ones that would approve that cost.

    Also for that price you would hope that all your products would be available in their database, but I had to add a lot of my products. Granted some were regional, but most were nationally distributed and the user-based representations of some of the products were abysmal.

  • Whether you run a small or big operation, you need Partender. Seriously. Put down the paper and pen.

    Having operated notable, high-end hotels like Four Seasons, L'Auberge, and Omni (as well as having seen Partender increase the bottom lines of my small, independent bars), Partender’s savings are no joke. Aside from the time & money savings, what I’m most grateful to Partender for is the effect it’s had on my staff — I’ve seen junior and senior bar and shift managers rise & train faster, make drinks faster (since Partender has helped organize my bars by providing us "a blueprint” of how our shelves should be laid out), and make more money (aka work happier) because we’ve saved so much money from labor and bev cost that I gave some of it back to my staff to incentivize them to keep up the good work.

    Not to mention, Partender prevented me from running out of stock this month for St. Patrick’s Day, and I can’t even imagine how much more we made by having enough Jameson in stock.

    Maybe I could have done this without Partender, but it sure would have taken me much longer than two weeks to get this organized and would have been such a headache.

    For the price of a dozen drinks a month, Partender’s done so much for all of my businesses. I cannot recommend it highly enough. And thank you to the support team for always being available on email, phone, and text. Unparalleled and exceptional service.
