Best bang for the buck. I have them at 3 going on 4 locations. I use them to create par orders and inventory control against theft and over-pouring however it is more robust.JLOVE- Bounce nyc/chi/mtk
Worst service ever. Don’t get hook!
Please! Please! Don’t sign with this company. Worst company ever. They get you to sign a contract, force you in the contract with auto renewal. No one to talk to about your account, service, how to improve your service or stop your services. My account has been charged for 3 yrs and they will fight the bank by showing your initial signature to the bank to keep collecting your money and no call. Please!! Don’t get hook.Show lessdavinodia1
Great system for inventory!!So easy!!!
I began using the program after Covid after they had some updates. I was able to build out my entire restaurant, wells, backbar, etc in visual order. The reports were simple to understand and compare against the sales and visual graphs. Not really convenient
This app needs a good bit of work. No barcode feature so things must be entered manually, which if you have over 10 bottles will take awhile.
The levels feature is a nice thought but it’s not exactly the best. It’s be nice if there was a colour for level on all bottles instead of some.
The location is a bit ridiculous, you must have a shelf location. Not everyone has shelves, we have drawers and cabinets …and I can’t even sort liquor by kind or quantity.
Can’t even search for a specific liquor.

Simple and User Friendly
Erwin was fantastic! He made it so easy to set up inventory for both of the bars I manage. Each week I save so much time on taking inventory through partender rather than the old fashioned way. The software is very user friendly and was easy to navigate. With Partender’s help, we were able to order supplies efficiently and reduce our bar stock to having the items we only need. Being able to look at our data overall helped us reduce the percentage of labor costs, value on-hand, fluctuating COGS, and beverage costs have been immensely helpful. Thanks to Erwin, we have become extremely organized and have been able to reach our goals which betters the business, our employees, and even the customers.

Worth the $$$
I was skeptical to purchasing a software to do my inventory, but working with the Partender team (Edwin) has been huge for my business! He has shown me ways to look at my business that I haven’t thought of before! This was well worth the investment for the business and has turned my count time from 2 1/2 hours to 40 min! Worth the purchase!
Using Partender has made inventory a breeze. When you have a large stock of liquor you can split up the workload of doing inventory with multiple people on multiple devices! Even if you have a small bar or restaurant this app can help tremendously. You can easily see what your top sellers of certain beverages are, and how much you’re actually selling. It also lets you see what you’re not selling so you can push the dead stock through. If you keep consistent, and complete inventory on a weekly basis then the analytics will help you see what’s going on with your bar or restaurant.
