This app and company is a joke
The operation of this company prioritises a hailing service and ignores phone calls and accepts an extremely poor app that regularly doesn’t function.
The app regularly gives a warning that says “the subscriber account already activated”
And doesn’t accept the order. So frustrating!!!Trvmn
PideTaxi App
App use to be decent, was 4/5 stars you could call for a taxi and you could actually track and see how far away from your location. Now it calls you to tell you taxi was there but no. Tracking is no longer really useful for seeing location of taxi coming. Usually 15-20 minutes wait now possible 5 minutes just trying to get a taxi to grab the pickup. Just call them, app is useless
I have tried several times over two weeks to book a cab that can seat 7 people. There are options when requesting the ride for how many passengers, and I selected 7 people. But the taxis that get assigned have NEVER been able to accept that many people. The only way to get a cab large enough is to call the company. The app is pointless!Show lessCuriousWall-E

Completely useless app. Doesn’t accept cards, you can’t see where drivers are, it doesn’t update your location, the drivers doesn’t respect the number of riders IF anyone comes. Absolute garbage. Flag a taxi on the street, yourself.Blair Johnson

What happened
Used to be really good. App not working properly and now you can’t pre book a taxi for a later time like before. Shame2 guys
Easy to use, very fast!
Despite the poor reviews I downloaded the app and used it in A Coruña for the first time, because my Spanish is not so well in pronouncing street names when calling a taxi over the phone. When selecting my location I was informed the taxi would be there within 10 minutes. Just two minutes later it already pulled up. Every information was displayed in the app in real time, e.g., my ride details, price, driver‘s rating. For me, the app was easy to use - my recommendation!Show lessDavidCE-217114

Very bad app
Absolutely impossible to book with this. Just says cannot make booking all the time. I’ve tried booking in advance with same result. Deleted and reinstalled app but problem with logging in. App deleted I will use Bolt insteadRosebali
