I called, asked for ingles and was immediately hung up on. Every cab driver told me to use the app. Then I read the reviews which state cabs didn’t show. My Airbnb host even said he could call and schedule, but it’s not guaranteed. WTH?? Not even worth using this company especially if you need to get to the airport or train station since they seem so unreliable. Stick to the bussesShow lessLilpunky66

Functional…most of the time
I used this app in Jerez de la Frontera. I found it was functional but not amazing. Occasionally it didn’t work. It’s not Uber: Most of the time the tracker showing the taxi coming on the app wasn’t accurate. Even when you plug in your destination and payment method in the app you still have to tell the driver in person. It doesn’t matter if you book a cab on this app because someone else will take the cab. There is no check whatsoever that the person who gets in the car is the person who booked the cab. We lost two cabs on the same evening to this chaos ! Avoid !malivar123
Awful service
This is definitely worst taxi service ever. They pushed out Uber to not cut the rates, and nobody can “steal” their job, but they are literally do not completing their job. This is not only concerns the app, I’m talking about taxi service in Alicante generally.
This is just horrible, as long as all other countries offering you lovely and quick service, and here because of them u loosing the best moments of your life!

Excellent service
I used this app twice yesterday to book 2 taxis each time, once scheduled in advance to pick up at a certain time (both drivers turned up a few minutes before the specified time) and once to collect us there and then (again the drivers arrived promptly). On both occasions I got a notification that my taxi was on its way, along with car make and registration, and another notification to tell me my taxi had arrived, followed by an emailed receipt at the end. Taxi never came
We scheduled a pickup several days in advance. We waited over 10 minutes and the taxi never came. The app provides no way to contact anyone about a late taxi. Completely useless and we almost missed our train because of it. Had to end up running with our suitcases through Toledo’s old center.jonkknox
Totally Useless
Good thing I read the horrible reviews and paid attention to all the horrible ratings. Well here is one more. Taxi never showed up, good thing I ordered a backup shuttle to the airport and took a taxi from there, or else I would have missed my train and loss 300 euro on the ticket. This app should be deleted from the App Store. If your reading this heed my warning. Unless you got time to waste waiting for a taxi that there is a good chance will never show up, use a more reliable tested form of transportation service to make your travel destinations on time.Show lessSchenkarrrific

Useless
I tryed to download the app because I felt guilty not using our local taxi companies but honestly this app is totally useless, no wonder you are falling behind the likes of Uber and Cabify if you can’t even get this right. I know that we would probably get charged more even if we did try to use you. You should move with the times and this app is letting you down, it’s just totally unusable.
I got stuck in a loop needing to sign back in to confirm a language change (I didn’t even ask for) also when you are typing you can’t even see the boxes you are filling in to edit it on the screen.
I’m not going to feel guilty about not using your services anymore if you can’t even get something as basic as this right….Show less1jshdfv
