Used every day for one week, intermittent results, sometimes it worked fine but the majority of the time it was a nightmare to use. Repeated failed booking messages in the app, no details of current bookings so you have no idea what’s happening. One day we had six taxis arrive for one booking despite showing all of the app failed booking messages and they wanted €10 per taxi and blamed us for not using the app properly…Show lessALCBC12
A very poor taxi app
I have tried to sue this app and it is almost unworkable. Considering it is for a holiday destination you would think it might have an multi-lingual option. It is even hard to follow it you have a basic grasp of Spanish. I use Mijas taxi’s from a tank but the app is hopeless so use Bolt or Uber instead.Show lessSceptic Dave
Useless app
I installed this app being in Benidorm. Tried changing the language to English but failed. The most confusing app I have ever used. Tried to book a taxi, the app did not confirm that the car arrived but the taxi driver started calling to my mobile so we got the taxi in the end. No vale pa na
Acabo de instalar la aplicación y reservar un taxi. A la hora me llaman de radio taxi Valencia para decirme que me cancelan la reserva, y que el sistema de reservas no funciona (no garantizan que vaya a ir nadie a por ti). Es más, me recomiendan que les llame directamente porque en la app aunque pidas un taxi para el momento, no tienes manera de saber cuánto va a tardar, de si hay alguno disponible o no.
Total, que tenían que dejar de anunciar la app porque pa lo que la mantienen..Show lessgimait
Cannot change language
Downloaded numerous times logged in countless times unable to change the language. Been through all the settings but this is just useless. Other reviews say the same so give it a miss.Saifur2023
Confusing
The app is equivalent to calling a can company on the phone. It saves you the initial step of sharing your address, but anything else (determining when your cab arrives, where it is, etc.) is handled by phone (they call your number).
In the era of Uber, we all expect much more from can apps. One star: 2008 called and wants it taxi app back.
More generally, my family who doesn’t speak Spanish cannot use this app, for the same reason they cannot call a cab company: English-speaking operators are rare.Show lessericsiggyscott
Worst app
This is the worst app in Alicante; I have tried fre times, gave them few times to actually work well, but the location for the taxis are really bad, there is always a different location showing them, and also is not the driver’s name is always the person who owns the company, which will not be helpful when you trying to contact them.. apart from that it is actually easy to use, but really awful to book or contact the driver.Show lessJessie_dxc
App not working properly
The app was working ok until I had a recent update. All of a sudden I was asked for my username and password. I pressed “forgot password “ and I do not receive any emails with my new access code even though it says it has been sent.
