Absolutely brutal UX. I spent 20 minutes signing up only to have the app crash every (EVERY) time I try to enter my activation codecelery_root
Faster to walk to a taxi stop
This app is horrible. There is no onboarding flow, so you have to figure out the app as you go. Translations are unclear. Taxis are ordered by addresses, not GPS, so it's unclear where to actually meet them. The notifications make no sense, and I have no idea how much I'm supposed to pay, not even an estimate.

Horrible performance
The performance of this app is horrible. Sign-up took forever, as the phone field during registration let’s you add let’s say +34 for Spain, but won’t send you the registration code if you go. Had to then register again without the country code (they apparently take this info from the “country” field but do not make this clear), but then I couldn’t use my primary email address anymore because it got taken up by my first failed registration attempt. Also: huge lag and refresh times. You tap on something and it takes many seconds until the next screen pops up. Sometimes nothing happens. If you get impatient and double- or triple-tap on a button, dialogs will come up several times, often when you are already on other, unrelated screens. UX and UI are way behind the curve, compared to Uber and Lyft for example. One of the worst transportation apps out there.Show lessmauwth1980
Worst app
I’ve tried using it a couple times. No gps showing the drivers, or when they are coming. You stand in the rain waiting for a can that never comes. Try any other app.Worst Program!!
Garbage app
Tried to set this up, but failed. It wants to send me an sms to verify me, but I never receive any message. Every time I try to do something in the app, it makes me enter a username and password, then it tells me “request timed out.” This isn’t an app; it’s a rough draft. This is a poor excuse for an Uber "Taxi" replacement
This App is so bad, it doesn't work properly. My taxi arrived and he didn't even stop just pulled a U turn and left didn't even pause for 10 seconds. The second taxi that came didn't speak English or know our destination. If this is Spain's replacement for Uber or a dependable or respectable taxi service it leaves so much to be desired.Show lessRobert Haddad
