Notifications messed up
Huge fan of shopbop, great high quality products and huge selection, and returns and shipping are easier than basically any other site I’ve used. I’ve bought almost all of my clothes there for the past 5 years. Just came here to say that the sort and filter options have stopped working on My Hearts recently—-please fix thanks!

Terrible shopping service
I got the most terrible customer service ever experienced. They are quick when you are trying to buy stuff, but super slow and not responsive when you try to return items.
I sent multiple emails, tried the online customer service but still could not my return order sorted out and my money back. I got promise from customer service that everything is taken care of. But this is a lie and nothing is done.

STEALERS!!!Won’t use this app again
- Slow delivery(take weeks to get delivered);
- super unfriendly for international customers(outside of US), you won’t be refunded for duty&taxes when you return your goods, and you have to go your local authorities to claim these duty&taxes back, which is super inconvenient and time consuming. I would rather just use other apps such as FARFETCH/SSENSE/LUISAVIAROMA etc.
- they won’t tell you that duty&taxes won’t be refunded on their APP, the customer service said they noted in their full website, I have to go to full website to find this information. LOL how ridiculous!
