  • I love this game!

This game is just so well done, from the writing, to the music, to the artwork, to the voice acting. The plot is fun, the gameplay is intuitive. It's not too hard, but that's not a bad thing. There's not a lot of replayability, except maybe to try to complete the file, so like everyone else, I'm hoping for the sequel hinted at inside the game.

  • Fun. NEEDS A SEQUAL!!

I think the idea and system was adapted from the Japanese game 逆转裁判. Good story.
There should be a setup option where we can choose the speed of the dialogue. It goes too fast for me.
  • If you like Ace Attorney, you'll like this!

I guess the developer has moved on, as it's been two-plus years and no update. Or sequel.

The game crashes like cray-cray (and when it does, the click-here-to-close on the error screen doesn't work but at least the autosave does). Still, it's worth playing once through.

You might think as I did at the beginning that it's too simplistic (the few puzzles definitely are) and repetitive, but it really isn't. You need to dig deeper by utilizing the Case Files and the Map (and your noggin, of course).

If you can (justify the cost to) deal with the multiple crashes, and you liked Ace Attorney, then you should have fun playing this.

  • Fun!

Pretty fun! Dialogue focused. Clicking-interface could be improved but does not make it any less engaging. Waiting for more episodes!
  • Just a teeny bit dull

    A big too boring
  • Meh.

Don't waste your money. I give this game an honest "meh". The mystery was ok, but the puzzles were few and not challenging at all. Game mostly consists of going to each character and running through your collection of clues and suspect profiles until you get a response. Kind of boring. Very little actual sleuthing required to solve.

The animation and art are on par with any other flash-style mystery game I've played in the past. Nothing that really stands out.

Story was too short. I expected for $1.99 to get a game similar to Arcane, something that would have lasted more than a day. This should have been the free introduction to a much more in depth plot.

  • Excellent

Definitely in my Top 20 iOS adventure games Ever! Quirky unique plot, puzzles were a good level of difficulty. PLEASE MAKE A SEQUEL!!
  • I'm a Beta-tester...

I hate paying to beta test on IPad- it's a pretty closed environment, so developers, get it right. The game is pretty stable - but it crashed once and apparently that was when I was to receive a key to the office so I never got the key. However the game just let me play and I finally got to a point where, without the key (which the "hints" think I have it) I cannot advance despite being about 80% through the mystery.

I don't want to replay the whole thing just to get to the end - so basically I feel cheated out of my money. It's probably a good game, unless your one of the ones that gets cheated. For my part - negative review and I will stay away from this developer in the future...

  • Amazing

I cannot give this game enough praise. Music was beautiful, characters were engaging, story was interesting, backgrounds and animation were stunning and mystery was truly fun to solve. It is absolutely worth the money, has no in app purchases or time based events, so there is no cheating your way through, and it is incredibly engaging. One of the best apps I have ever downloaded, and I eagerly await the sequel, whenever it is released.
