This game is excellent because it has a wonderful story and it must've taken ages to get it right and good. I think it should have a sequel and if so, it would absolutely be a good one.TomE021

Been looking for something like this for sometime. The graphics are excellent! Characters are fun and interesting. It was nice to have a mystery where you collect clues through investigation and not have to do hidden objects. The puzzles were simple enough and the game proves clues if you get stuck. This game is ok, but personally I found it gets pretty tedious at times...find new evidence...wander around asking every single character every single question and normally being told they know nothing....then find another piece of evidence and start to do the above over again.
Also, for much of the game the puzzles are not very challenging. This adds to the sense of tedium as there is nothing challenging in asking the same questions several times. It is an ok game I guess but should have been better, ,Show lessCestmir1980
What a surprisingly good game!
This game is good. I like it a lot. I played it a while back and now I stopped playing it. I had a great experience playing this game. The story of the game is great and you really feel like you are in the game as a detective, searching clues in a swamp because of the murder. The thing that really surprised me and was the best feature of the game is that every character is fully voice acted and the people who did the voice acting did a good job. It made the experience way better. It is very rare for a mobile game to have voice acting! It really blew my mind! I also like that it there was also cutscenes too. One thing wrong with the game was that the game was too short. I had 100% completion in one play through and it was at least 2-3 hours. So, yeah an overall great game. Also, please create a sequel to Detective Grimoire, Armor Games! I want to see what the new one could offer by its story and new characters!Show lessBill Furgeson
Locks up on iPhone 6
Can't play this as it locks the screen after about ten minutes of play. All I'm left with is a dark picture and no way to interact. Always happens after I've come out of the notes etc. No way of reloading a saved game the only way out is to delete and re install. quite surprised this is happening after all the good reviews.Show lessCams472

This is the best game I have ever experienced on any mobile device, and so very worth the $4. I was able to come to my own conclusions, solving the case myself, not being led by the game. It actually required effort and logic, unlike any other detective/mystery game I have ever downloaded. It only took me roughly two hours to solve, since I am very into this kind of thing. The storyline was very well thought out, and naturally leads itself to a sequel (here's hoping). Thank you for taking the time to create this!Show lesshanmae12
