Can’t download the app.

Very poor taxi didn’t arrive.

Booked my first and last taxi with this app. Booked the night before. No indication that your taxi isn’t really booked, rather you join a queue for a taxi close to your booking time. Missed my train. Probably the worst part of this app is the lack of detail on arrival time or expected arrival time of a booked vehicle.

The worst

I don't recommend it to anyone, in case of emergencies it only delays your plans, they are not professional, I ended up being hampered on my first day of work and I planned the journey to work 1hr in advance and even then I arrived 20 minutes late, the app glitched I put my address and the app changed it to any other address and it doesn't give you the option to change or cancel, I called and just explained the problem the agent could have changed the address knowing I was going to work and the weather wait is high but no he canceled to make my life more difficult and I didn’t get a refund

Keeps crashing even after updates

This app still keeps crashing on me even after the latest update. So it’s useless. And I can’t even get through to them on the phone now. So much for being a regular customer for ten years. Anyway, even when the app did work it wouldn’t locate my address properly so it wasn’t reliable.

It’s a shame

Good app but impossible to get a ride also taking your money then having to wait a few days is not ideal

Iv never really had a problem when I’m able to get a taxi through the app , it’s usually quite quick but a feature NEEDS to be added for when there is no taxis available or the wait is quite long because it doesn’t tell you how long the wait is and as soon as you press request , there’s no going back until a taxi is found for you, no matter how long it takes as there is no cancel button until a car has been found so if it’s taking too long and you have to book with another taxi company , you have to sit there and wait after until a car has been found to cancel it which is really annoying! I have tried everything when this has happened like refreshing the app and even deleting it and reinstalling it and nothing cancels the request so this needs to be added!

Can’t even register getting no verification text and every time I phone mainlline it’s says why not try downloading out app!!!!

The app itself is fine

The company themselves not so much. Used to use this company exclusively until Uber became more convenient, but used them recently since I saw the app was available. First problem - driver was not wearing a mask, which during a time of global pandemic is unacceptable. There is absolutely NO evidence that wearing a mask, even in people with asthma, causes harm over any duration of time. In addition to this, my driver was openly listening to InfoWars, a well known hard-right, right-wing, fake news propaganda site, whose pro-trump tripe was directly involved in provoking terrorist activity in the US Capitol. It is unspeakably offensive to me. If this is the type of person they have no qualms about employing and representing the company, and if this is the attitude towards passenger safety (re: mask wearing), then that speaks volumes about the organisation. I wanted to support a local company instead of using uber. I will not be making that mistake again
