I have a major issue with my account, my brother received a package from Flipkart that mentioned I ordered and they received it too it was COD, it was an pink panty, i didnt ever orders kind of things , when i check the link it shows like that order places from my name,

Very poor delivery service
Ordered a cap. After one week, got a text message saying “ the item can’t be delivered”. I’m sure it is not because I’m living in a remote location( as I’m living a town with population around 7 lakhs people). It looks like the delivery team don’t care about their customers. I’m not sure if Flipkart is really aware about these stuff. No one really cares about delivering the item. It’s a total time waste for the customer.Show lessmahi2030
Pathetic app - there is no customer service contact
I live in USA and use this app for last 3 years to send gifts etc to families n friends. Recently I returned an item and decided to keep credit amount in the Flipkart app so I can apply the credit to future purchases.
I have been trying to purchase an item and apply the credit portion towards that purchase.
When I select giftcard / credt , it says enter OTP (one time password) sent to my USA phone numbee. Its been two days Flipkart never sent me OTP. I think the company stole my money. To me the amount is only around Rs.2,000. But if they steal this much from customers outside India, is definitely to look into this scam.

Fraud & disgusting Customer service
I have bought products from many companies all around the world but my experience with Flipkart is horrible. They don't understand the meaning of customer service. Their delivery agents behave as if they are doing favour to us. Their online customer service is terrible. Low Quality products with untrained customer service staff. Pathetic service
This is a first app ever to which I am giving one star. Wish I could give -5! I purchased gift items online, made the payment. Next thing I know without my permission or the seller telling me, my order was canceled. When I contacted Flipkart, I was told that they will solve the issue in 48 hours. Next thing, I received an email asking me to provide a copy of my Indian identification proof. This is absurd!! I made a mistake to make a purchase on Flipkart. Never again! Amazon’s gain. Illiterate delivery agents hired (Aashish) from Mumbai
A person named Aashish came for pick-up of my return and I ordered fitness band only instead he was asking me for the whole watch and did not took my return. Hiring illiterate people and then blaming the customers is not the correct way of gesture. After giving proofs that I only ordered band he still blamed that whole watch is missing. If delivery agent cannot understand the proofs then what is the use of hiring them. This is kind of trouble for customers. Aashish even called someone and asked that person also said that “don't take the order” if watch is missing. Worst ever online purchase
Ordered a laptop. Order was auto cancelled after 3 weeks. Multiple assurances on delivery dates were provided by the so called customer support team. Finally order was cancelled by Flipkart with a communication sounded like I cancelled the order.sanalharee
Have to expand services to Rural India as well
Currently it’s doing fine in Cities but to be different and to be unique in the market and also to be more people friendly, it has expand its services to rural parts as well. It’s understandable it can’t be delivered small priced item as it exceeds price of item compare to delivery cost but at least for the services above 3k or 5K even with extra delivery cost service has to be available. India is nation of villages, many people want to services but unfortunately it’s unavailable. Any retail company which acquires trust of rural India, it will reach to new heights. Terrible service
They cancelled my orders on the delivery saga without prior notice , and I’ve been waiting for I spent .more than two weeks in search for the food my dog likes and a book which I have to use for the examination coming up in a week. And no response or information givenseafoodlasagne
