The worst shopping app in Indian history. Don't give time to check out after u add the product. They will block ur ID's if u complain.. Customer service is the worst. They only send automated messages. U won't find any kind of resolution for ur complaint. And hey use ur reward points Immeadiately else if the reward points increase they will block ur ID's so that u can't use ur rewards..Show lessjackawon
Customer Service - Exceptionally poor!
Flipkart Customer Carr itself helped me logging the request for replacement of an item that I ordered about 2 weeks ago. The delivery agents arrives, enquires about the item and outright says this can’t be replaced or exchanged because we don’t have instructions from the local flipkart office.
- This happened despite I receiving incomplete items.

Overall performance
There is a lot of scope for improvement in terms of your interface and also your products. Sometimes the delivery is also not good. We mention the correct address but u blame it on your seller if it is not delivered correctly. We order on your website because we trust you not your sellers. So try to help the customer as much as possible instead of playing the blame game every time.

Poor design
Very poor design. There is no home button to go after placing order. I got only option to go back, badly taking me to payment page again. Should have home page logo to go back to home page. Always need to close and open app if i am in middle of something. Bcs there is no home page buttonNila2018
