  • Not working properly

    App closes out about 10-15 seconds after launching with faceID pretty much every time I log in and I need to use Face ID again or even use my online banking credentials, which I thought Face ID would work so I don’t have to use my credentials. I also had all my accounts color coded and someone at the CU changed a theme or color options available to dark colors so none of them match what I had before, and it’s not on brand with everything else they have. mobile deposit is not consistent, and yes, I’ve written for mobile deposit only on back of check. Any time I’ve mentioned mobile deposit the few times I have to go into a branch, staff offer no help and skip over subject. If you are going to offer these types of products, they need to work.

  • Not working since update

    I am very frustrated with this app since the most recent update. It keeps abruptly closing on me. I’ve done every conceivable step (both with the app and my devices) to resolve this with no resolution…and while customer support responded to my emails, they were not actually very helpful, suggesting it wasn’t on their end and that no one else had reported a problem. I don’t often write reviews, particularly negative ones, but I’m wondering if anyone else is having issue since the most recent update.

    Honestly wouldn’t go with any other bank. It’s a credit union. If you need help getting a home, they’ll help.

    To be honest, I prefer the other version. This version is really slow when it comes to updating the account when money is used. When the old version is showed right away. No hate, but hopefully I get use to this.

    Love the app....like the quick check on accounts.

    But, as someone with two properties with mortgages served by Verve, c/o Midwest, I wish more info showed up in the app regarding these accounts.

  • App/associates

    So far the app is good, getting familiar with it. The associates I deal with, always over the phone are commendable. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. I have many financial institutions much closer to my residence but when I retired I stayed with Verve. I have been with Verve way since you took over BACU and will stay with Verve. Especially like your online banking. Throughout the years you’ve always taken care of my financial needs...
