Problems
I cannot pay by phone at the time or access my account, no message or passcode to reset password. Very frustrating
Basic and easy to use
I like it’s simplicity but lately I can’t use several settings which then lead us to having to call the company anyway.
This app is garbage!
I’ve been trying to register my account to this app so it can be easy for me to make payments online instead of calling or go personally to the office and every time I click the Register option it stays in blank. No option at all to fix this. Y’all need to do something about this ASAP!
Doesn’t work outside of PR
We own a vacation property and are unable to use the website or app due to us residing outside of PR. Please unblock geographical restrictions on accessing the app/website!
Horrible app
I registered with the app to help pay my parents bills it takes over 5 mins to load. I hope the can update the app. It’s very frustrating!
Excellent
Easy , Quick , efficient
Unclear Autopay feature
The Autopay feature in the app is not helpful. The app displays if Autopay is active, but no details about what payment method or when—just the maximum amount field, which isn’t even labeled maximum amount. The only choice in the app is to Set Up Autopay again.
Even better, what’s called Autopay in the app is Direct Debit on the website. The Direct Debit payment program is the same as the credit card autopay. Sheesh, call them both Autopay and then let the user see the options when they get there.
On the website, the option is Modify your Direct Debit Settings. Why not the same in the app?
The website FAQs don’t explain the Autopay program in detail either. A good explanation of the Autopay/Direct Debit program is the terms and conditions at the end of the direct debit enrollment form on the website.
Also, the app is a complete lost opportunity to communicate with AAA PR customers to educate them about their water usage, display their comparative usage habits, encourage water conservation, or be better stewards of the island’s drinking water resources.
No extra stars here, AAA. Not enough thought to the UX.

Don’t fix what’s not broken!
I have tried to register my account online and doesn’t let me. I call the number it provides to register my account and after 20 minutes of being on hold, the call drops and you never get to speak to a representative. Only way to pay is going in person or calling and sitting through all the announcements and menu options.

PRs incompetent gov
Puerto Ricos water company is owned by it’s people, as it should. Our neoliberal government does not like the idea of a social service like public drinking water so they have neglected the facilities for over 40 years to the brink that AAA(public owned water company) as it is known here on the island wastes 60 percent of the water that it pumps. Any time a citizen has a water leak on it’s roads, it takes an average of 3 months for the water spillage to stop. Tax funds are always embezzled, and we always go back to the good ‘ol US of A for more 💸💸💸💸

Total garbage
I don’t know who they’re hustling money to on this scam of an app. First, this app not only doesn’t work, it’s next to impossible to make payments. It is literally seemingly rigged so that you can’t pay, but be sure that they’ll be there to shut the water off the day after you miss. I finally paid through other means and my water is still off after a week. I hope whoever is responsible for the crimes actually pays for these crimes. Can’t believe it.
