  • I’d give negative stars if I could

The app is very unreliable. It disconnects from Bluetooth if I exercise for long. It won’t work if it loses connection to the online store. It disconnects nearly every time I try to workout. Any data I had for my workout is lost every time it disconnects, so there’s no way to keep track of my progress.

There’s no point to having this app at all. Without it, I still have no metrics for what I did, but at least I get a whole workout finished without technical difficulties and it’s much less stress.

  • Good app

I have rower and I like the different exercises offered. I find it a little too expensive though. but very complete when you put the right intensity into the exercises
  • Workout history erased. Where is customer support?

Had my equipment since May. Went to use my machine yesterday to find I was inexplicably signed out. Signed back in but it was as if I was a new user. Only shows workouts from this month. Extremely disheartening to lose all that information on this app. Thankfully the history is still in my Health app, but I can’t export it like I can with the myCloudFitness app. Customer service is nonexistent. I’m hoping against hope that someone from MyCloudFitness will respond and help restore my workout history. Truly frustrating. Otherwise, it’s an OK app. The interface is nice. The data displayed on the console(calories burned, HR, etc.) doesn’t always sync with the app. Haven’t tried to play any of the videos.

  • Can’t get a hold of customer service

I’ve had my rower since March or 2021 and I love it! Recently I had problems with the app showing errors when I went to pull up videos but the basic workout worked. There was an update that I downloaded and now I can play videos but do not see where I access my playlist. I can add videos to playlist but can’t locate playlist…just has browse at the top. Try to filter and that says no result. Now looking at my reports it all reads basic workout but they aren’t. I like to keep a record of which workouts I am using and when so I can change them up, but if they all read basic, I am not able to do that. My biggest frustration is when I tried to look for customers support all it does is give a fact page but no phone number or email or chat. So the three stars is because if there are issues, there is no easy way to get a hold of somebody for answers. Other than that, I love the machine, and I love the videos!

  • Great rower, absolutely awful app connectivity

The older versions were actually far better at tracking than the current version, even as barebones as it was. My main issue is that it has the absolute worst connectivity with the Apple Watch Ultra for the heart rate and calories. It lasts maybe 20 seconds and gone. Dumps you out of the workout and all, even though the app workout continues. It’s frustrating and I’ve sent at least 4 or 5 messages to customer service asking if there’s any remedy with no response. I look forward to the app working properly one day, though, since the machinery is great.

  • App is awful

The bike I bought has this as the companion app. The bike, so far, has performed okay, but I don’t have a baseline. It’s my first magnetic resistance bike. The seat isn’t great and I’m sure there’s some kind of bruising on my backside. The app associated with this bike is AWFUL. It doesn’t integrate with anything useful, which I knew but I assumed that I could take the data and enter into my Garmin app. However, the data from the app is inaccurate. I’m a 30 mile/week runner with a respectable pace but there’s no way my running pace FAR EXCEEDS my biking pace. But, per the app, with the lowest resistance, I’m putting in only 4ish mph. I run much faster than that so I know the app isn’t correct. If the app isn’t correct, the data I enter into Garmin isn’t correct, either. The odd thing-if I increase the resistance to 10/11, my pace in the app suddenly increases to a more believable number. There’s no way I’d pay a dime for a lame app like this.

  • Rower good, app buggy

The app always crashes on my iPad despite uninstalling/ reinstalling. Shows startup image, then halts. Bluetooth app Connection on my iPhone is intermittent and unreliable. Even the help page on the website crashes when I try to enter a bug report. I am not a naive user — I have developed apps myself. FWIW, the rower hardware seems to be high quality and gives a good workout with the built-in console.

  • Terrible

    Terrible app and HR monitor.
  • Very buggy app

Super buggy app. I can’t make it through one workout without it disconnecting from the Bluetooth. Even with brand new batteries. I constantly have to keep checking back to the app while I’m biking to see if it’s still connected. Really disappointing.

  • Poor or no sync with Apple Health

I have Fitness Reality 1000 rowing machine. Can’t sync with Coospo ANT Bluetooth HRM. App doesn’t even write workout summary to Apple Health even though I have provided permissions under Health Data IOS settings.
