I love the App
I really like this app, it has a free features and ones you can purchase. It can crash from time to time. All apps have minor bugs in them. I always get a fast response if I have a problem. All in all I love the app and what it offers for me. I will continue to use it. It works great for me.lvZAnn
Won't track calories or distance
Very disappointed. It connects via Bluetooth but only tracks time. Useless without calories and distance. Returning the rower is going to be a nightmare. Don't bother with this app.TamiBry

I have been using a cloud fitness rower with the accompanying app for over a year. I have found the challenges to be very motivating, and leading me to achieve my fitness goals.

Analytics are a game-changer
I have a rower, elliptical, and bike which all synch with MyCloudFitness and having the tracking and report analytics really motivate me to improve. The exercise machines which utilize this app are affordable and the the customer care team is really responsive! Good app and great support
The rowing machine and this app has worked perfectly. I had an initial question on linking the app to the machine via Bluetooth. Support answered it and followed up to ensure everything worked. KudosWashington dc tourist
Useless
Went through the process twice, using different email addresses. Neither one worked. Neither one was able to be verified. Neither email address received verification emails after numerous attempts.
Tried a third email address and I was able to verify the account, but after 5 failed attempts trying to connect my phone to my rower, I gave up.
This app is useless and an utter waste of time.
Sad, because the Fitness Reality Rower I bought is fantastic. I'll just have to settle on using the integrated monitor.Show lessmsbav8r53

The app is great or at least was great until the last update. The app now multiplies my calories expended on my exercise bike by 3. So sure, I can now reach my goals easier and faster, but it’s not accurately reflecting my activity.dlh415
Can’t save information
I purchased my Stationary Bike, and it worked until the last two updates, now I can never save my accomplishments very frustrating App, wish I had not taken the Mens Health recommendation, and purchased the bike probably better bikes on the marketPb Dead Head
Excellent support
The MyCloudFitness customer care support team has been excellent in their services. Recently, I faced an issue where my rower was not getting connected to the Bluetooth on my phone. I just raised a ticket using the app and received a very prompt reply asking for the model details. As soon as I provided the same, they shipped me a new control unit.
