All information about the hotel is provided to us by partners and updated within an hour. If you find any price discrepancy when going to the partner's website, and it lasts more than an hour — send us a screenshot of the error and a link to the search by mail support@hotellook.com, we will check everything!

In our application, we show only the offers that our partners give us. We do not influence the price. How it works: you are looking for a city or a hotel, we offer options from our partners, you choose what suits you. After that, you go to the partner's website for booking. You can try changing your search parameters to find a more suitable option.
