Good app...until something goes wrong

There are some very good deals on this app, some hotels up to 60% off regular price, but a lot of the deals redirect you to SnapTravel for final booking - This usually isn’t a problem, but if you happen to have an issue with your booking, SnapTravel support is not very helpful

Great app!

I thoroughly enjoyed using this app. There’s tons of great deals and it makes it super easy to book a hotel! There are tons of different options and the app itself is super easy to use and understand. I will definitely use thing for booking all my hotels in the future. So helpful!

Prices change when you book

When I find hotels and go to book, it redirects to the booking site and the prices are different. It happens a lot with Snap Travel.

Hello! The prices are updated every 15 — 30 minutes. If you notice, that the prices do not match for more than one hour, please let us know by emailing us at support@aviasales.ru , we will be looking into this issue.

Worst app ever

Their is no hotels-available in this app sold out or no rooms

Hotellook is a search engine. We do not sell the rooms at the hotels, but only looking at more than 100 online travel agencies for it. If you see that prices differ — please, contact us via help@aviasales.ru

Innacurate

Saw a price on the app, they sent the code to use the discount on the website and the price is double on the website.

We are sad to hear that you did not enjoy using our app. However we at Hotellook do not send any discount codes since we do not sell hotels, we only search for available options and compare prices, the booking itself goes through different online travel agencies. We are constantly improving our application, and hope to see you back someday.

Useless.

Just tried to find a hotel for my family of 2 adults and 3 children. The results were totally inaccurate and although the hotels were said to have the accommodation we wanted, they did not AND the prices shown were way off. App deleted, will stick to booking.com.
