Hello! It shouldn't be like that. Perhaps something went wrong. Try to reinstall the app, uninstall it and download again. Then everything should work like it supposed to. And if not, write us to support@hotellook.com. In the letter, briefly describe the problem. We will take a look into everything and fix the error.

Hello! Discounts on reservations are provided by some hotel agencies, on condition that it was made through us. All information about the hotel is provided to us by partners and updated within an hour. If you find any price discrepancy when going to the partner's website, and it lasts more than an hour — send us a screenshot of the error and a link to the search by mail support@hotellook.com, we will check everything!
