I wish it worked as well as it used to. It used to be especially good for in-country transfers, which was useful when paying for services. Now I can’t even open it because it crashes constantly.

Keeps telling me that my device is not registered!
This has been going on for quite a while and I have to register my device every other day, although I am still using the same device! This is frustrating especially when traveling abroad and it needs an OTP!Abdulrahman Al Amri

The best bank in Oman however the worst app ever. If it connects you are lucky. If you change your phone it is terrible to resign again. Very sad to see how far behind this bank is in modern technology.cheelove1
Worst Bank
They keep locking my card every time and I live abroad, so I cannot just go and replace my card. And the most stupid thing, when they lock my card they lock my account too for no reason. Because my card is locked I cannot access my account and pay bills or transfer money. Max levels of stupidity and careless. Worst bank ever. I don’t recommend it at all.Show lessba1212sel

Keeps improving
The BankMuscat app is a must for account holders! It saved me many trips to the local branches. It does instant money transfer & you would do a range of transactions including deactivating lost cards. Worth using and it is very safe. Never had an issue with it. Forget old reviews. I do not work or have any connections to the bank but this all works well for me & I would like people to use it. Good luckShow lessRashid4
Very slow response
