Worst banking app I’ve ever used
HELLO? Hi 2018 is calling! Its saying upgrade this dusty app that has the same interface for the past 6 years now, iPhones have touch and face id why not use them instead of logging in EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Learn from other banking apps like Barclays for instance, i love my bank but the glitches and the old and slow interface are killing me. For the love of god just get some actual decent work done instead of this lazy excuse of an app, one more thing listen to the reviews that has been sitting there all this time, its been 4 years and you haven’t fixed a single bugShow lessAbdullahxelba7r

Does not work after the last update
The application is totally useless on IOS 10 after the last update. Freezes on interface and would not respond to anything.Al Salt

Could you please add fingerprint login and try to get rid of the annoying way of changing the password a lot!!
A bit hard to use the app overseas. I have to change the SIM card to the Omani one so I can receive the confirmation messages.
I think you should reduce such messages especially for transactions to existing beneficiaries.

Good application
It is very good application from bankmuscat , it use to be good but now much better with send facility to other bank in Oman banks . It is saving me a lot of time to do simple banking stuff where ever I am .thanksHmahrooqi
Very huge bug
When u close the app and reopen it to sign it, it keeps showing that yr last session is still working and u have to logout of it, and the only way to solve this is to restart the whole mobileAhmed K Zayed
