Good App but developers do not understand bank business
After a number of bug fixes, BankMuscat App currently performing very good. However, the IT developers who create the App still have lack of understanding of costumers daily requirement.
Examples,
1.why transferring money to my credit card takes hours before it can been seen in the credit card balance. It should be quick / immediate in normal working hours
2. If you have supplementary, extra credit card, why transferring money to the main card does not shows in the other supplemented credit card at the same time. It takes days / weeks before you see the changes.
3. The worst of all, the call center does not clearly understand the full functionality of the App.Show lessSlow
I remove it from phone6 but icon still there and I can not remove the icon and I can not reinstallbad design at iphone xs
OTP screen is not working, needs more improve, very badKeep updating Never Worked
Number one bank in Oman with 70% market share, still struggling to deliver smooth App. Hope this will resolve soon.Hate the new version
Old version was faraway better. This one keeps on crashing and extremely slow if i was lucky enough to login.When it actually works, it’s a relief
It’s hard to get past the sign in. I’d say 60-70% of the time I never get anywhere and just give up
It seems to recognize Face ID but never gets past the opening screen
As I was writing this, it asked me to update the app, which I did
But it kept telling me I used my attempts and finally locked me out.
Total failure.

The app accessibility and front-dash is so friendly. More services been added up and am satisfied. The connectivity could be a problem . Believe it’ll be fixed 👏App is not updating
App is showing you need to update the app , but when you try to update the app it’s not updating , some problem with the app.Poor, untested update.
Have tried for two days to do an important bank transfer that I’ve been doing monthly without any problems for the last two years, but now has a glitch and so I can’t use this service. I don’t have time to go into a branch during opening hours, so this is costing me money (never mind the declined exchange rate which is also costing me). Not acceptable in this day and age.Show less
