Whats the point of pop up notifications?
If you tap a notification it takes you to the login screen. Whatever you were notified about is gone. You can either log in and lose the notification or you can exit and lose the notification. Pointles_Y-a-s_

Extremely frustrating
This app rarely works, always has glitches and does not provide the required reliability to be able to be used by anyone who needs online banking. You better have cash in your pocket or pay using your card at points of sale instead of using this app for transactions. It either will tell you it’s under maintenance, ask you to check your connectivity, or just simply crash and close without processing the transaction. Extremely frustrating.Show lesscommentor#5

Many problems but has potential
The app is fantastic functions wise, but has many flaws. For example its not working over 3G properly now. Its also very slow to adapt the new form factors of the new iPhone screen. Its also glitches sometimes when trying to login. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY IT COPYS WHATEVER TEXT IN YOUR CLIPBOARD! WHY THE HELL YOU WANT TO SEE WHAT IN MY CLIPBOARD?!!Show lessm7rouqi
The worst banking app
Since bank muscat updated its mobile app, it has became very unstable not working at all at times, or showing under maintenance message.
The app is very slow at opening and during response.
I hope BM will fix it soonahsmNov23
One week that it stopped working for iOS
The app doesn’t work at all.
After logging in in keeps loading without any result.
Even the last update didn’t fix anything.
