Everything is amazing about the app except for the user interface. I just wish it was more of a modern design like CommonWealth Bank app for instance.Akthamix
Bug after transferring to other banks
The app overall is great. There is a bug in current version where after transferring to other banks the app does not respond to any touch. I need to quit the app and relogin to use any other service.ajas91
Bank Muscat crashes
An update is needed to fix logging in problem through the app , overall and compared to other banks applications I will give bank muscat only one star.
Sometimes the app just crashes, there’s lots of problems in the logging in problems , I have changed my password so many times because of this application.
I remember one time that I got blocked in the application because of trying many wrong passwords and I was overseas, so I went to the website of bank muscat and I thought that I can transfer money through website , unfortunately I found that transfers through the website have to be approved by you bank muscat branch in Oman. I don’t see why it’s so complicated in this bank , I’ve dealt with other banks and I would say that bank muscat need to be more professional in this things.Show less22-twice

Totally useless
This application never opens as it keeps crashing every time. It’s not even optimised for the iPhone X and iOS 11.
Keep in mind that Bank Muscat is the top leading financial service provider in Oman...xTaie
