Can’t add passes to Apple wallet
Our discount passes were extended due to COVID, but the app won’t let you add the new pass to your wallet once you delete it from your wallet
Can’t re-add tickets once removed

The app crashes right away and won’t even let me log in. Not good.
Absolute Rubbish
Poorly designed website crashes and cost dozens of people tickets to an event. It isn't even the first time this month its happened-they screwed up another ticket release a few weeks ago. If you cannot handle a ticket release, perhaps you should not be in the business of ticketing.
QPay is great
I've been using QPay for a while now and it's a fast and convenient way to make all my purchases on campus with extra freebies and discounts :D also when are you releasing your debit card?

Ive used this to buy my textbooks, sooo much better than waiting at the COOP. Also cheaper 😃Also love how simple it is- beautiful app colors, and love my cards for the societies.
Also the support team are amazing, even gave me textbook credit when I asked how long the textbook would take to arrive

However, there are some features need to be added and improved in order to enhance your users' experience. I found it quite inconvenient actually.
