Glitchy and frustrating!
The entire app is very glitchy! I took a screenshot of my electronic ticket and their app was not able to check me in and I was held up at the door for ages - probably explains the really long wait times! This is particularly frustrating given I've actually paid for their service by paying a service fee for my ticket. The subject reviews is extremely ambitious with a hopeless filter function and fake reviews littered throughout. Completely undermines the entire purpose of the added functionality which relies on the integrity of information - Not recommended!Show lessMapzzz
Account permanently closed for using AMEX card
App stopped working for a few days ago, after contacting customer service. I got a notification "Account permanently closed for using AMEX card" this morning. These guys are insane. Customer service only keep asking two questions, "where did you hear us?" and "why you use it?". It seems they don't want anyone to find or use this App at all..I doulbe checked instruction within App and their website, there is no rules of AMEX card restriction at all.Show lessNathan WW
Horrible.
Incredibly, if you forget your password (yes, I know, my fault) then you MUST download the app to reset it. Someone is after a charting now spot, hmm? Pretty poor form. Also hate that I can't use PayPal or any other secure means to pay. I always delete this app and hope that organisers of events will wise up and use a better platform- alas they never do.
Also the cutsey graphics for payments and loading are stupid beyond belief. You're meant to be a payment app, not a children's game.Show lessLittlestBianca
It's really very bad, terrible even
There is no option to pay via PayPal or Bpay for the payment I was attempting to make, the app then continually crashed as I was trying to put in my credit card info. Not that I was even comfortable with having to give that to a random company with a terrible app anyway. But hey at least I could pay with Bitcoin and have all of my idiot "friends" who were stupid enough to get tricked into using this app see that I did (at least this is what I understand the premise of the app to be).Show lessYoitsjj
Awesome app, defs recommended
Attractive visuals in combination with actual usability and high quality service gives an absolutely amazing app. This is actually an app that I use rather than leaving it as clutter on my IPhone home page. Highly recommended, 100% worth the downloadBougieman
