Fantastic App!
I have been using this app for about a month now and find that it has helped me stay organized as I am on the road! I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is working in field sales. My favorite feature of the app is the ability to check into meetings with your prospects! Really helps keep my daily schedule on track!

I was terrible at planning my routes.
I am saving so much time with this app. I can visit an average of 1-2 more clients using the optimal route feature. The check in option is also very useful because I can write how my meeting went and keep a record. I recommend this app to anyone that has to visit multiple locations as part of their job!

Very useful
Couldn’t be more happier with badger, super useful in my daily route, real gain of time, I’m using it a lot as a database for all the my accounts, it makes the follow up way smoother, I would just like a bit more liberty of deleting and moving things around in some features like the imports if I made a mistake rather than calling your services but overall it’s a great app.

Necessary for organization in outside sales.
Badger is vital to organization. At this point I don’t see how could do my day to day field sales without it. I really love how I can upload all my leads at once then map out my day based on the area I’ll be working. I always colorize my accounts to see how long it’s been since I was last at a place. One of the best features is the check-in. It really helps to look back and see what transpired at my last visit and also the time of day I stopped by. This way if I didn’t catch a client in the morning I know to go back in the afternoon. I’ve been using Badger for over a year now and the customer service is A+. The folks at Badger are always helpful and reachable by phone or email. They also return calls. If you do outside sales, travel to see clients and haven’t used Badger, definitely give it a try. It will make your days so much easier and I have no doubt that you’ll love it.

Honey of a Badger
This app is invaluable to my day-to-day route planning. I’m constantly learning new ways (layers) to improve my routes and increase productivity through optimization. I have about 12 categories of customers and Badger allows me to divide and conquer with ease. I love that you can plan routes the night/week before on a laptop and it automatically syncs to the mobile app. Get in the car and GO!

Great current state, even more potential for the future
I’ve been using Badger for about a year now and it is a great tool to optimize your route and spend less time planning client visits. I love the real-time feature that shows you estimated time of arrival as you adjust the route. When meetings get canceled or delayed you can maximize that lost time by finding another stop. There’s some decent territory management features as well, but the real opportunity there is when Badger makes connection to other CRMs possible (a feature in the works). Finally, their support team has been very supportive in addressing any issues and even making some custom changes to the software.

Priceless for cold calls and route planning
I use badger everyday to create and then re-use routes. I have a 7 week rotation of routes 3-4 days a week, about 25 routes total. I am building a consulting business and Badger has been indispensable in finding potential clients and building routes. I just set the search parameters, select the locations, hit optimize, and I have a great route. Every 7 weeks when I return to that route I repopulate and badger discovers new locations long before many of them have much of a discoverable digital presence. After 15 months of this, my last 3 months have been consecutive records in gross sales. Couldn’t have done it without badger.

My most useful sales tool
Using badger maps daily helps me plan my day around both prospects and current customers. By adding an account with different tags I can set the filter and really get the most out of my territory and day. I’m waiting for more tools to be released from badger to be able to use daily.
Good but could be better
The program works great but there are definitely some features that need to be added. I would like to see more control over data input versus having to contact them to do everything. Adding a mileage tracker for taxes would be great and more options for coding customers. Overall it does what it should and works good.

A MUST FOR EVERY OUTSIDE SALES REP!!!
Badger makes my outside sales career a breeze! I am so in love with the ease of use. I use the “lasso” too to pick a handful of accounts in an area and let Badger optimize the best route possible. Every stop I navigate to on the route, I “check-in” and write what I did or talked about. The check-ins are saved and I also send export them to a PDF to send to my boss weekly. I use notes to enter names of people and account info. I also customized my filterable search material by accounts that order the most and color coded the map. Our nationwide company currently doesn’t have a CRM and next week I show my boss the ropes on Badger in hopes he takes it to the President because EVERY salesperson needs this. I use this app at least 10-15 times a day at every stop and to see where I am going next. I save my routes by days of the week and by area. On my way home today, I was done my route early so I opened Badger to see which accounts I could hit on my way home and stopped to prospect one more account. It’s the most productive tool ever! I don’t know how salespeople live without it to be honest. It’s a MUST TRY and so self-explanatory to use. Also, someone from Badger has chatted with me online to help me with a question one night and you just can’t get customer service like that. I highly recommend this and hope our company purchases this for all our 600 reps nationwide. Keep up the good work Badger!!
