Login not working
Please update the login page. The app keeps claiming my login info is wrong. Been using my browser to check my account so I know the info is not wrong. Pretty useless app if you can’t login ever.

I can’t sign in when I need too! I don’t know if it’s the banks problem or mine but I assume it’s the banks! I have no email regarding the status of my account that I’m denied entry into. “Sorry we couldn’t process your request.” The website is even buggier. It won’t even let me click on the option to send a SMS code to my phone! I’m seriously thinking about changing banks at this point. The purchases I’m trying to make also won’t go through. Dear first community, get it together! 😤🤬

Easy App
Love the ease of using this App to monitor my day to day activity. Pay Bills online, transfer funds, & do mobile deposits.

Hi, FCB is my very first bank and i’ve opened my very first checking account with them, everyone who works there is absolutely wonderful, helpful and so kind! but I would truly appreciate it if I could deposit checks from the app like it says I can. When I press the deposit option, it tells me I’m not authorized to use the function. I’m not sure what it means, or if I have to wait until my account is a certain amount of days old. There isn’t very much info!
It would make life so easy and save me so much time if I didn’t have to physically leave home to deposit my money.

Quick sign in doesn’t work
Quick sign in does not work. Have to manually type in credentials and then get a text message security code for each sign in since the Touch ID or password quick sign in feature doesn’t work.
Terrible
I seriously hate this app. Never works half the time, especially when you really need it to. Then the description of whatever place you spent money at is cut off half the time so you can't even read what it says. For example, right now I have a charge of $50 on my account that I didn't spend and the name of the place is cut off so I have no idea where that money went to....SO ANNOYING.

This app doesn't work.
Don't download this until it's fixed. New update crashed the whole thing. It's been nearly a month since you've known it. Why hasn't it been fixed?

Needs another update already
Love using this app. Or at least I did til the new update came out a few days ago. Now I can't even open the app. It crashes about 1 second after I try to open it. Needs to be fixed asap please!
