Charging $3 convenience fee and $3 delivery fee then have the audacity to ask for more money for a tip, you just got $6 tip them yourself! Mind you the store is 0.4 miles away! Just ridiculous
Love it but food availability has gone down over the years…
I’ve been 7NOW member for maybe 6years since college and I love the app BUT maybe with its popularity now a lot of items don’t reflect what is actually available. It can be frustrating when you think you’re getting something but don’t learn until it’s delivered that it’s not in your bag. Also the new substitutions feature is underdeveloped because they don’t allow you to chose what to sub with and oftentimes they sub with something I don’t like or can’t eat…Still, I do love the perks of being a 7-11 member just hoping they’ll improve the availability back to being reliable.

PAY W/NO DELIVERY
I am placing my Review in My Google Review’s, contacting BBB and ATF, the Most Recent was $102.&change. Order Cancelled after money was deducted. I went to store next morning. I asked clerk, he(? Uh Uh Uh, wait a minute) Shift Mgr. Finally came from back. Claimed order was picked up but returned after no one answered door!!! BS, I showed him the cancellation notice now stating “Order Not Eligible for Refund” I requested my order but he refused claiming he doesn’t get the money, I must contact another company. I showed him my App and who is paid. He and clerk kept talking amongst themselves walking from front to back office. I asked for CS Number, He Refused to provide saying I would receive my refund in 2-3 days. That was 07/04 and today is 07/15. No REFUND NO RESPONSE AND AFTER READING OTHERS REVIEWS—-I BELIEVE THEY ARE TAKING THE MONEY AND OR THE PRODUCT. Help stop by Filing complaints with the BBB and ATF(Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms Department) They Do Not Tolerate When These Items Are Being Illegally Sold, Used or Charged for

Worst App Ever
I have downloaded this app 7 times and deleted it 7 times and have still been unable to use the App not even one time. Every time I verify my account, it tell me my account is in use. I have even used every combination using my phone and email and my granddaughter’s phone and email. Her number with my email and every combination you could use so I know it’s the App. It would be nice e and convenient if it works. But I have no clue. You could tell me it’s the best delivery service around but talk is cheap. As far as I’m concerned, it’s the worst and most unreliable delivery service around. Perhaps you fixed the problems and I could try it for myself, I may change this review in the future but until I can try it out, it sucks
