7‑Eleven is yet another company sliding downhill with the rest of them. I placed an order, and it took an unreasonable amount of time just to find a delivery driver. While the system sat there “matching” my order, the ice cream I paid for was clearly sitting somewhere warm. By the time it reached me, it was completely melted — basically a bag of flavored water.
To make matters worse, my Slurpee was missing. When I reported the issue, I was told the items were delivered. In the photo the driver submitted, there is no Slurpee anywhere in sight, and the ice cream is visibly liquid. Yet somehow, I’m the one who ends up on the losing end.
Lesson learned.
