Helpful App, Could Be Improved
I use this app because I work a desk job and experience neck and shoulder pain. It’s great that it regularly reminds me to stand up and stretch. I would like to see a few choices of stretching exercises (perhaps developed in conjunction with a Physio or Osteo) that I can do at different times of the day. Also I need the reminders to be a bit more in my face, different alarm sounds, or buzzing on my watch. I find it easy to ignore reminders. It’s a good concept though, and is helpful.

Great app to remember to move
Been using this app for a few weeks now. It reminds me to move about 10 times a day as that’s how I’ve set it up. Realistically I only do that maybe 3 or 4 times but it’s better than not doing it at all. The only drawback is that after a certain number of notifications the app stops working unless you open one of the notifications. That’s fine, if I remember to do it.

Brilliant little app
I get this reprimand from my chiropractor and kinesiologist, “Stand up…often”! Perfect little app to remind me just to stretch or stand or walk or just move from that sit position. Love it
Sit message alert
Hi, I love your app. Only wish there was an alert with the sit message.
Clear simple fast - it works for me
I love the simplicity. I set reminders 10am-9pm to stand up hourly and drink water and do 10 pushups. I like the random alert sounds. Unsure of purpose if the 3-5 minute later sound. Would like simpler tracking visual of percent or red yellow green compliance or which days of week or times of day I need to improve. I would love and willing to pay for inviting a group of 10 friends to share data and hourly checkins.

Perfect for use with sit-stand desk
Exactly what I was looking for to remind me to stand using sit-stand desk. Simple, no nonsense and process a nice weekly summary.
Great with an adjustable stand up desk
I have a motorized standup desk that easily transitions between sitting and stand up heights. I looked for the right sort of timer for quite a while without finding anything that would work for me. I like to stand for 30 minutes and then sit for 30 minutes. The Stand Up! app allows me to do just that. I set the “Stand” setting to 30 minutes. The app tells me to stand and then let’s me know in 30 minutes that I am done standing. Perfect. All the settings are straight forward and allow customization to your own work routine. On weekends, I use the prompt to get up and move around if I happen to be sitting.

Just perfect!
I love this gentle reminder to stand up and move. You have complete control of the days times and locations of your reminders and can even set a target for how long you wish to stand each time. Very good app and highly recommended
