But what about my wife
On the day our daughter had her surgery I opened my app before my wife and they connected me and when they tried to connect her it turned out they can only connect with one person and that person can add people UNLESS the procedure has already started which as soon as they connect to you, it already has. So have one person be the lead and list everyone else that wants updates under your phone and then connect to the procedure.

No updates on patient, useless app
My cousin just had open heart surgery yesterday morning. We were recommended this app to keep track of all the progress and what stage of surgery she was in, so me and two other relatives at home downloaded it to follow up on how she was doing. After that first message of being put into the OR holding room before the surgery starts, we received ZERO updates via the app. Thankfully the hospital wait staff has another way of keeping track of when they go in and come out of surgery, but the app proved to be completely useless.

Very very helpful!
Loved having the ability to see real time updates without having to continually ask the staff how things were going. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because you don’t have the ability to go back and re read the messages after you have reacted to them. Having severe anxiety, I have to go back and re read things to have them make sense. Other than that, it was so helpful to receive regular updates from the operating room.

Amazing app
My daughter had a procedure today, and this app gave us live updates from the procedure room as they did things. It was simple to install and start. Simple to add people to, who could also see the updates. And cut my anxiety in half about my baby going under anesthesia.

Cancer removal surgery
Wasn’t sure what to expect with this app. Liked it a lot. Really helps family go through the waiting process. Had one period with no update for over 2 hrs,, it had us on the edge of our seats with worry. But over all is a very good thing to have. Thank you!

Revolutionary Client Care/Service
Any hospital procedure has the potential of becoming anxiety producing and nerve-racking for the friends and family surrounding the patient. Thanks to the EASE app for bridging this emotional gap. Not only were the messages, timely and informative, but I can only imagine they freed up the staff to do what they have been called to do: help the patient regain his health.

Great app
This app was a great stress reliever by keeping us up to date on on the patient. An improvement would be to allow you to log into the system from multiple devices. We use a tablet when at home, and phone when mobile. You would be able to only log into one device at a time, just not be tied to only one device. Your phone number is the security and prevents “sharing”.

A Godsend
I was able to stay informed while my daughter was in surgery. I could easily share her information with the contacts I chose both near and far. This is an amazing app and I was actually able to meet one of the developers of the app. He is an anesthesiologist. 💖🙏

Really helps when a family member is getting surgery. Feedback for developers: it would be really great if, after receiving an update, you could type in any questions you have and send them back
