Horrible experience
Just as horrible, unethical and unprofessional as the other ordering applications in Egypt, using Elmenus or Talabt is just the worst thing that could ever happen to you. No decent customer service, huge amount of glitches (a restaurant could be in the same street as you, and you’ve ordered plenty of times using Elmenus itself, and all of a sudden the restaurant does not deliver to your area) also all along with the restaurant that they say closed or busy, when they are not.

Orders are taking too long and the customer service are talking in a bad way and there is no drivers accepting my order and also the customer service refuse to cancel it !!! So i remain in a situation where i can’t cancel the order from el menus and order it from the restaurant and also remain starving because no one is delivering it! I do not recommend it to anyone. Do Not Download, Unprofessionalism
Everytime i would try to pay with my visa card the app would crash, and when i tried to contact them about it they denied that they have any technical issues and wouldn't even help me fix the app.
I cant use any visa still, the app still crashes, and they told me to only place cash orders so that stops happening. Super unprofessionalShow lessStephen Masters
