Lack of connection with your team
I have payment issues and I can’t even reach a single customer care representative and the only thing is a default nonsense questionnaire asking what is the problem without leaving options to for the questions required from the client. Honest am very disappointed with the nonsense application
Terrible service
Always late. You can’t count on their service. They don’t even provide the restaurant’s number to follow. Last time I ordered they were more than 2 hours late and when they finally delivered, the delivery guy didn’t even pick up the whole order from the restaurant and didn’t know except when the restaurant called me directly to tell the guy he forgot it. The customer service called and said the will send a voucher as an apology and I never received anything. Never again using this app and of course all my hungry guests will never use it either.

Very good selection of restaurants and amazing food quality
I just found this app and it’s really awesome, it delivers to my area around MV city which other food and delivery apps don’t. I really appreciate this app, so helpful and professional 👌

Horrible experience
Just as horrible, unethical and unprofessional as the other ordering applications in Egypt, using Elmenus or Talabt is just the worst thing that could ever happen to you. No decent customer service, huge amount of glitches (a restaurant could be in the same street as you, and you’ve ordered plenty of times using Elmenus itself, and all of a sudden the restaurant does not deliver to your area) also all along with the restaurant that they say closed or busy, when they are not.

Customer service doesn’t find solutions
Orders are taking too long and the customer service are talking in a bad way and there is no drivers accepting my order and also the customer service refuse to cancel it !!! So i remain in a situation where i can’t cancel the order from el menus and order it from the restaurant and also remain starving because no one is delivering it! I do not recommend it to anyone. The customer service doesnt solve any problem related to the order

Do Not Download, Unprofessionalism
Everytime i would try to pay with my visa card the app would crash, and when i tried to contact them about it they denied that they have any technical issues and wouldn't even help me fix the app.
I cant use any visa still, the app still crashes, and they told me to only place cash orders so that stops happening. Super unprofessional
