Missing Item from the order called one minute after the delivery and they said we owe you and will reimburse next order. Far from professionalism. And the app doesn’t allow me to rate my experience of the order. Changed the status of the delivery to delivered 10 minutes before I got the order therefore I had to call the restaurant to confirm it’s on the way. And finally the delivery guy told me the price is 50 EGP more, I told him that is wrong he then said oh you have a discount?! Come on I was not born yesterday.Show lessfadysamyn
Worst app in the market
It’s really frustrating how these apps works these days they say you have a discount but when you order either the restaurants don’t accept this discount (which is most of em) or they accept it but won’t deliver due to some “ technical difficulties “.

Play on words
The deal says you get 50% off first order and so my first order was below 100LE so the code wasn’t applicable and then I was under the impression it’s the first order with min 100LE spent so my next order I made sure it was over 100 and the system didn’t allow it and said it wasn’t my “first order” so ridiculous how I have to spend 100 on my first order to get that discount. It’s not clear and that’s annoying and so the online site mentions I get 50% off it I download the app and I do and still nothing and that’s when I’m already logged in so if the system thinks I used my code which I haven’t then why is it showing me this!!! I’m so biggest that I missed out on the discount just purely for the stupid fact that my first order was under the 100 mark!!!!Show lessMarona Tanner

This app is basically a stretched version of the iPhone app. Looks very bad on the iPad screen..Ahmadmoawya

Too many issues
If it working it’s great, if not they have no customer service to fix any issue and just waste hours of your time. Better to just phone the restaurants will work out a lot quicker and way less frustratingsandydee123456789

This is not any where close to an ok app. It literally ruined my sinxe i made an oder on ot around 5pm and it is now 9pm and my order has not been yet delivered. Having previously dealt woth the franchise that i ordered i knew it was the appa fault and for that i gave a one star rating which i beleive it does bot even deserve si ce it does not accomplish what it boasts not even slightly. The app simply does not function.Show lessBasrieus
