WORST SERVICE EVER
The absolute worst service ever!!! I can honestly say I have not ordered food ONCE on this app without it being EXTREMELY late or they take my money and the food never shows up and you have to wait weeks for a refund!! You really need to do better considering you have the widest variety of restaurants on your app.
And for restaurants, please please sign up to TALABAT instead. It is a shame that I can’t order from my favourite restaurants because I have to avoid using the only app they’re on.Show lessnmhkay

Not worth it
Disappointing and extremely slow, takes hours to deliver my food, which arrives cold! Horrible servicedramaaq
Bad customer service and late delivery
My last 4 orders never delivered on time and with the wrong food! Very rude delivery boys are rude and the company didn’t react to my complaints. I’ve been trying to deactivate my account and their customer service are not helpful. No deactivation button. Overall BADLozaSika
Crashes way too often
Although it offers many of the restaurants I like. Way too often it has technical issues where I can’t add things to the basket, etc… also the inability to schedule a delivery for a specific time like other delivery services is annoying.Tbibars

Every single time i’ve made an order its been over an hour late, sometimes over 2 hours late. their customer support is an absolute embarrassment, you feel like you’re speaking to an automated response system and not an actual human being. they are completely incompetent and useless. i’ve never faced this issue with talabat or jumia whatsoever and it was a massive mistake dealing with elmenus delivery. literally never ever again.Show lessall nicknames are taken smh

Sometimes it says discount automatically added but it doesn’t….and sends sms promo codes that doesn’t work….also bad experience with chat customer support…m.s.ibay
