Nice UI, Poor Functionality
Beautifully designed app with a simple and elegantly designed UI. However, I've had it for 3 days now trying to place orders and something always seems to be glitching.
First day I couldn't add any items to my basket.

Horribly Service With Loads of Glitches
Orders simply dont arrive and when they do they are usually 2 + hours late even if the restaurant is 200 meters away from you. If the order comes on time its usually because the restaurant itself is delivering it. Anytime an Elmenus courier is involved, rest assured you will go hungry. On top of all of this, the application will assure you that your order has been delivered as you remain orderless and hungry.Show lessaayroud

Order always late
The delivery is always late, and my last order got canceled after an hour and a half of waiting. Such a hassle to track my orders and customer service isn’t that helpful, wouldn’t recommend at all.Bigzie Malone

Orders get canceled alot
Many times my orders are very late and than when I send a msg after waiting for an hour the order is canceled !!!Student54321

Whenever i order from Elmenus i need to contact the support, they either forget to send the order to the restaurant or they have a problem with the system
The support answers after an eternity
They need to stick to their mission of being a simple app offering you the menu
