Terrible, glitchy app and very slow customer service.Untaken Nicknamen
My order was cancelled and no one informed me after 90mins
I placed an order at 11:10pm and after one hour and a half i texted in the app that my order hasn’t been sent … All they told me was we are sorry but the restaurant you ordered from has no delivery personnel… three are hundreds of under developed apps that at least call you to tell you that the order has some sort of problem and the feedback is highly responsive… Personally I wont use this app again… And wont recommend it to any one either
They also charged my credit card and nothing was send in return not even a message to let me know what happened to the failed transactionShow lessASCA7

I love the app and all but when it comes to payment , I always pay with cash but from time to time when I make an order and the delivery guy arrives the amount on the bill and the amount on the app is different.Rollins 105

Really bad Service some of my orders got delivered with an increased price when i contacted the support they said it will not happen again and ofc it did happen again !!Call-me-by
Experience using the app.
I had very bad experience using Elmenus App. After 2 hours of ordering my food, a customer service agent told me the order is canceled because there are no delivery men around the restaurant. That’s just reckless and irresponsible!Etsh User

Terrible service. Orders are always super late. Nothing is accurate on the application. Customer service are useless. I ordered food and paid for it by credit card, yet the food never arrived despite numerous complaints and promises and my money was never refunded! The WORST food experience.AliFarouk

I find this application very awful as it has not fulfilled any of my desires
This app cam start improving by making the assistant is the app faster as it was very slow;also, the driver is extremely late that if i walked to the restaurant it would be faster

We need a real update
You guys really need to work on some core components like adding/removing bank cards, quality of the customer care and adding credit to accounts instead of these meal share updates you keep hitting us with. I mean do you really think someone who’s hungry and about to order will go; oh wait I have to tell Mezo and Sarah about the supreme meal before I get it? Seriously?Show lessSalahB18
