Took me 3 hours to order
First, the application had many problems with finding your address in Cairo. I had to contact support multiple times. It was very difficult to navigate and very buggy. After we finally got our food, we ended up having food poisoning from the restaurant.😏KMAB😎

Since adding Delivery option and the app is a total mess
I am old user of the app, it was my favorite,
But since adding the new look (Delivery) the app is a total mess beside not being user friendly,
The app freezes and the delivery option is a total mess, many restaurants rejects the orders

Can’t open
It’s been more than two weeks that I can’t open the app

Very bad app never did the food come right nor come at the right time. Horrific customer service and very extremely expensive more like a fraud.ahmedzyoub

We made an order it didn’t show up for 3 hours.
and for the 3 hours we kept trying to contact elmenues who said it’s almost delivered
And finally we contacted the restaurant who said that the order was ready for over 2 hrs and that elmenues runner didn’t come to pick it up.
Very very very bad experience and will be last tome for me to use this crappy service.Show lessmizozee
