Slow to load be handy and useful

It can take awhile to load but it’s nice to have easy access to my usage and pay my bill through the app.

Awful App

A big company but has terrible App. Looks ugly. Very slow. Not much function. Can’t even use credit card to set pre-authorized payment.

Good app for most common requests

Sadly, there are still too many times when you must call Bell. They try to be helpful. They promise a solution, and the bill rarely resembles what was committed.
