GREAT CAN ALWAYS BE GREATER
I’ve used this apps for years since I first found out about it in college. I’ve definitely seen results and I’m continuing to see them even if I fall off for a week or two. The adaptive was of the app is excellent and a great push for yourself to get stronger and keep track of your goals. But we need more workouts
I’m roughly 100 workouts in and though we’re hitting all the necessary muscle groups, different exercises can make the app even more useful and giving the body more dynamic motions to do. Simplest example would adding split squats or lunges so more exercises can be incorporated into the routine.
If push-ups can be added as an alternative for bench press when not available, then lunges can easily incorporated.
Alternative exercises should also come more often as in the scheduled workouts instead just when a machine or weight is not available. I think that would be a hearty mix up for all users and promote use health overall since body weight exercises will now be regulated in the regime

Gets the job done, but needs an update.
I’ve been using this app for awhile, and I’ve definitely see and feel results. I also would not say it’s an app for beginners. You have to know some basics about strength training in order to be get the most out of it. I also think it should allow for more customization. My gym doesn’t have free weights passed a certain number. I have to skip to a new exercise every time I workout. I should be able to switch out permanently or at the start of the workout. Also, lower body workouts only have about 2-3 exercises per workout w/ the rest being upper body training. Leg days should be legs days. There hasn’t been an update to the app in about two years and it shows. There can be a discrepancy in the image showing the weight load in one area of the app over another. You have to pay attention the weight load when you’re in between sets or it will throw off your workout. The app also randomly resets weight back to trial sets without warning. That’s super annoying and counterproductive to overall goals. I’m a premium user, but I’m considering switching to an app that has regular updates. It was fun while it lasted. Might be time to move on.

Great app
This app really helped me getting into the shape. I have only one request for developers, there should be feature to turn ON/OFF superset feature in between the workout. Sometimes there are equipment issue but then you can’t turn off once you started. Thanks!
Personal trainer on my phone
Well thought out and intuitive. Videos are easy to access and remind you of correct form … especially when you start to tire
Can be repetitive, but ultimately you get results
I’ve been using this app for several years now, and at first it was on and off. I felt like it wasn’t variations enough between my workouts so i wasn’t on it as much. Now, about three months ago, I’ve decided to stick with the regiment for a number of six months. Throughout the third month, i progressively seen changes in my body mentally and physically. It truly changes and sculpts your strength and lean muscle as if you’re seeing a trainer in the gym. I honestly love the app now, but just wish it would throw in some new workouts after each 30 days you use it. Overall, i would recommend to anyone that has patience and wants to see results in strength.

Awesome
I’ve used this app on and off for over a year and have been impressed every time. The tracking and progression is great and keeps me pushing myself. I don’t usually have any issue with equipment as I’m able to adjust the workout based on what I have available at home.
Only downfall I’ve noticed is the repetitive workouts. In order to reach my personal goals I’ve had to adjust and do workouts other than just this app which adds time to my workouts. Other than that, I’m satisfied overall.

Love it
I don’t have to worry about my weight increase as this app does it for me as I’m improving.
Boring but effective
The app does a lot of the same basic workouts, there’s a good selection of workouts that it’ll choose from but if you’re someone who needs constant variation you won’t get it, this can make the workouts a little boring some weeks so it doesn’t hurt to throw in another app or your own spin to keep things fresh, however the way it tracks your progress and adjusts your weights over time is highly effective and if you use the app you will make progress and get stronger, I have yet to have another workout out actually increase my muscle mass and strength as effective as this app which is why I think it deserves 5 stars

Could give 6 stars
I’ve tried a bunch of different workout apps, but this is by far the best out there right now. If you’re looking to increase your strength exponentially and expeditiously this is the app for you. I’ve been using this app since October and I’ve put on about 10-15 lbs of muscle. This program will push you to the absolute limits of your strength and beyond whatever you thought possible of yourself. I’ve recommended this app to more than half a dozen friends and will continue to do so.

Good app for first timers
I like the way it can compromise in gym environment, in respect to available equipment or weight. The small videos and details help with the technique. 👍🏻
