Thanks for our App from Jefferson Bank. Excellent. One change would help would be in you asked for the name of the party paying. This would help in keeping track of the One initiating the payment. We have a Charity and this would help in Bookkeeping.Ron bishop

I really think this is one of the very best bank apps there is. It is so great for all the persons that have account with them. Every section is so cool. They really care about there customers fire and foremost. I very highly recommend this bank and their app. Customer service is so top top priority for all of the employees & employer(s) of JSB. I’ve dearly loved it all my life,since my mom always had an account there. You feel like you’re the very most special important person there is, on the app and especially at whichever bank location , you visit. I REALLY VERY VERY VERY DEARLY LOVE JEFFERSON STATE BANK.

Site is lacking features
I attempted to link my external account so that I could transfer money to pay my loan with Jefferson. Unfortunately, your website is not capable of doing such a thing. I didn’t try to open an account online only to find out that you don’t offer online account opening, I sent a message to customer service asking for information on how to complete an ACH into the account and was told I would have to complete a form so I stop trying. Maybe I’ll going to the branch next week and try again just disappointing.Show lessAMQ1971
App easy you use and add accounts
