I love my app for my Jefferson State Bank accounts. I’m 70 and I use different apps all the time. This is simple, easy to navigate. And if I have a problem not remembering password or anything, GREAT SUPPORT!Lonstar03

Exceptionally amazing, incredibly wonderful
I really think this is one of the very best bank apps there is. It is so great for all the persons that have account with them. Every section is so cool. They really care about there customers fire and foremost. I very highly recommend this bank and their app. Customer service is so top top priority for all of the employees & employer(s) of JSB. I’ve dearly loved it all my life,since my mom always had an account there. You feel like you’re the very most special important person there is, on the app and especially at whichever bank location , you visit.

Decent but needs more
Limited functionality, app is not intuitive but works. Bank needs to onboard Zelle as an option to transfer money.B Dongzzle
