Terrible
Sad to say this is the worst, or certainty in the running for the worst, banking application on the web. Possibly surpassed by USAA but a toss up. Difficult for multiple users, prior info (statements, etc) virtually inaccessible unless exact procedures followed. Wish it were better. The bank is great, but after using the systems at four other banking institutions, this could have been much better.Show lessStinks on Ice

Updated app still needs work
There have been some recent improvements to the app. I sincerely appreciate those updates, as they add functionality that had been lacking compared to most other financial institutions. I do wish they’d do a little more updating. For example, when I log off, the app immediately uses Face ID and signs me back in. I have to remember to cover the camera to prevent that from happening.Show lessjosborne31
