Can’t always login from a computer so having everything available on mobile is great. Fast, simple and easy to use.rhollister

You have to go in person when you forget your password to reset and with the hours your inside lobby has makes this a challenge

No crashes, easy to use
I have used this new app since it came out. I haven’t had any issues with it performing correctly. It is very easy to navigate through the different areas and it allows me to do everything I need to do right on my phone.Bill W SAT

Not Reliable.
The app typically crashes upon log-in, sometimes making you type the info at least a dozen times before freezing (‘authorization not found’ is the orange pop up that appears). When you do finally get in to your account it usually crashes. Rarely does it work on the first try and if it does, guess what - it crashes. I’ve opened a complaint with the bank but never heard back from them, this has been going on for months.Show lessDSOMDLH

I’m glad there is finally an app but the functionality is very minimal in comparison to other banking apps. Especially as a business customer, I need speed and functionality.Mexccxxxxcx
