IT/ Developer really need to add this app to the top of their todo list
The app is extremely outdated compared to the technology that’s being offered in the world. Everyone seems to have issues with making payment and instead of Amigo taking time to address issues within their app they just charged the customer fees. With the amount of money collected from fees I’m more than sure the company can hire a developer to bring this app up to date. I don’t understand how you are even still in competition market with other energy company with the services you are offering. Maybe because you offer the low price per kilowatt to keep your customer then charges fees for every little thing. The company needs to come together and discuss better marketing opportunities to enhance the company.Show lessDoBetter!2

There needs to be a way the cards can be saved or Apple Pay would be great. Sometimes the app will not load the full page and I have to refresh it MULTIPLE times. 😒 which is very frustrating. But when it cooperates it gets the job done quickly and it’s very user friendly.Ibleedsilver&blue
