Disappointed
This was my favorite logics puzzle to play. The old way was way better and more user friendly a 4.8 star rating in my opinion. (-.2 for font size of some puzzles which was the only problem)I’ve bought a good few packs that i reuse constantly and would have purchased more but now I'm feeling my money was wasted, i don't wanna use it anymore and no other apps that I've tried even compared to the previous version. Would be nice if we had the option to keep the update or restore to previous version, until then.... so long 😩Show lessHdkdkagfns

And, per my earlier reply, I'd love to get some specifics on what you don't like so I can change it if possible. Email support@eggheadgames.com anytime to get in touch. Unfortunately Apple doesn't provide a way to provide the earlier version if you've updated to iOS 11. Earlier versions of iOS will still have the earlier version. Thanks again for the feedback. I love these puzzles and the app is easy to use and very stable and attractive. My only issue is that I have terrible eyes, so I sometimes struggle to read the column and row headers. It seems like there’s a lot of white space — a bigger font would be AMAZING! Please?KDH37
Need more options
I prefer the puzzles with more than 4 categories and after buying 3 packages I still haven’t seen any. I would rather choose which packages I pay for. It would also be great if we could make notes right on the puzzle to help solve it (ie, M or F and numbers to keep track of who’s who).PurplePeep28

Hate the recent changes
I really dislike the recent changes. Where has the nighttime setting gone? Will probably stop using now.

The sizing makes it impossible to move the puzzle around without it adding “x” s where you do not want them. There is no restart button when 5 or 6 marks have been added unnecessarily while attempting to shift the game to see one side or the other. Ready to delete it and go back to paper ones. Hi DoubledDown, it sounds like we could make the "tap" less sensitive when moving the board around after zooming it. We'll take a look at that right away. Note you can use the "U Turn" button on the bottom right of the screen to quick Undo while we sort that out. (There's also a "Clear Board" button down below the clues and hint count, if it gets really messed up). We're working hard to get our app updated to the latest "Apple ways" and make it easier to use and more reliable, so if you have more feedback to share, we'd love to hear it. In order to solve half of the puzzles you must guess. There is insufficient information within the clues. Even the hint system says nothing more can be deduced via logic. UninstallingBigminimus

These puzzles have been solved thousands of times, so we're pretty confident they're OK – but if an error has found a way in or something is missing then we want to know that and get if corrected ASAP! The puzzles were authored by different people. Some were good. There were two that came to a dead end with no clue to proceed, and there was one with an actual clue error.Smarter?

If you get stuck, feel free to email us at support@eggheadgames.com, or take a look at the (sometimes cryptic!) hand-worked solution with the menu option "Show Solution" which goes step by step through the puzzle. All the puzzles in this app are licensed from Penny Dell magazines, so they're super high quality and, honestly, we've never found an error in any of them. That said, we research and respond to every support email, so contact us anytime with anything you think might be wrong. We are obsessive about quality!
