As Backyard Discovery continuously improves their products, they do their best to support instructions for the older designs until they are out of stock. Unfortunately, it seems like you have one of the models that doesn't match the latest instruction updates shown on the BILT app. Going forward, we are working with Backyard Discovery to ensure customers have access to the "old" and the "new" instructions for any given product. Our job at BILT is to partner with brands to create perfect 3D instructions so you have an amazing assembly experience. I'm sorry we missed the mark on this one with the timing of the updates. Nope
Very inefficient if you can't use the technology you're given to make simple instructions for a simple product. I've run into a lot of issues and product flaws lately idk if anyone else has. But it's absolutely ridiculous how these companies are operatoring without any regard for the consumer.

Who needs an app that seems only to give you what you already have, with the downside being you’ll get inundated with marketing nonsense in your texts and emails?
