Error message displaying when connecting to device
I bought an H20N from Korean and brought it to Canada. Whenever I try to connect the device to the app, it tells the the device is not supported. Please fix this so we can use it properlyUnable to use
Have tried to reset password many times. Email never gets sent.Can’t email confirmation
Stuck in an endless loop of phone, email, confirm. Have had the email link send 10xs and confirmed but will not g pas us dye in the app. Pretty useless if you can’t get the 1st step rightMissing simple features
I don’t see any reason why I shouldn’t be able to view past results. Recommend for new users saving every single scan because you’ll never be able to see them again. The dietary suggestions are also very badly off. The machines seems to frequently give random results on certain things. I am fairly confident that my left arm did not gain 2lbs within a month.Show lessDeveloper Response

Have to reset password every week!! Loses data with every reset. Waste of time to track progress. Good thing my facility keeps PAPER copies of my scans….

Filled in all my details. Then the app asks you to log in to start using BUT doesn’t recognise the password that I’ve just set up the acct with.
